MONDAY

$18 Pesto Encrusted Whitefish Fresh whitefish from local waters, encrusted in pesto bread crumbs and sautéed in white wine, whole butter and lemon juice, served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.

TUESDAY

$29 Cold Water Australian Lobster Tail 8 oz. lobster tail steamed to perfection, served with drawn butter and fresh lemon.

WEDNESDAY

$18 Fresh Lake Perch Lake perch lightly breaded then deep fried to a golden brown and served with tartar sauce and fresh lemon.

THURSDAY

$19 Pork Chop ala Chloe 12-14oz. French cut pork chop pocketed with prosciutto ham, fontina and fontinella cheeses, grilled to order and finished with a shiitake mushroom chardonnay sauce.

SATURDAY

$27 Tenderloin ala Oscar Center cut beef tenderloin, charbroiled to order and served on grilled asparagus, topped with lump crab and finished with hollandaise.

SUNDAY

$18 Cherry & Cashew Stuffed Chicken Breast Breast of chicken stuffed with cherries, cashews and seasoned bread crumbs, finished with a shiitake mushroom chardonnay sauce.
